Blindecor guarantees all custom window treatments against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

• Defects in materials or fabric under normal use and conditions
• Faulty seams, stitching, or manufacturing errors
• Mechanical failure of operating components (lift cords, tilt mechanisms, brackets, and hardware) under normal use
• Color fading or deterioration beyond normal wear when the product is used as intended

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by improper installation (if not installed by Blindecor)
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or modifications
• Exposure to excessive moisture, humidity, or direct outdoor elements (unless specified as outdoor-rated)
• Products manufactured based on incorrect measurements provided by the customer — Blindecor is not responsible for sizing errors when measurements are provided by the customer
• Damage from improper cleaning or use of harsh chemicals
• Acts of nature (floods, fires, etc.)
